As soon as you enter into our platform, you will find the home screen.

There you will be able to obtain relevant information to understand how your campaigns are performing and what you can do to improve the performance of your accounts.

We can divide this screen into three parts.

❗️ Warning messages.

These messages appear at the top of the screen when there is a blocking problem that needs to be resolved. For example, if the Facebook or Google payment method is down, a warning will appear on that banner so you can fix it and run your campaigns again.

The same happens when you have the Merchant Center suspended and that does not allow us to run Google Shopping ads.

In these posters you will have a "Learn more" button where you can click to find out how to solve the problem.

👀 Attention: if you have more than one blocking theme, a small arrow will appear for you to see all the banners where we suggest you to make changes.

📈 Summary

In this part you will find a customized selection of the most relevant metrics for your ecommerce in relation to the stage it is in. For example, if you are just starting out or have a store with few sales and little traffic, the most important metric is visits. First things first: we must bring interested users to your site!

Together with the main metric, you will have an indicator of how your account is evolving towards your goals: the closer you get to achieving them, the closer to the green part the emoji will be.

🗓 You can choose the time period for which you want to see the metrics.

➕ By clicking on the Plus, you can extend the summary and access more metrics.

The percentages below each metric represent the comparison with the previous period.

💪🏼 Opportunities for improvement.

It is key that you know what things you can do to improve the performance of your campaigns. That's why in this part you will find suggestions of actions and how you can carry them out.

For example, it will show you if you have few products in stock, if you should create an ad, if you need to modify the texts of your Google Ads, etc.

Each suggestion will lead you to an actionable so that you can make the improvement or to an explanatory instruction that will tell you what to take into account and what are the steps to carry it out.

It's super important that you implement the changes we suggest!

They will all have a very positive impact on the performance of your Adtomic ads.
