However, if you have started with us, you have to know that it isn’t immediate. This has to do with several issues, but above all with the warm-up period for the tool and audience generation.
The tool warm-up 🔥
Adtomic warm-up has to do with the fact that in order for campaigns to be optimized and functioning well, they need data, which is obtained through the measurement of the ads performance and the audience, device, creative, and text tests.
The only way to have a robust amount of this data is for campaigns to run for a time.
This learning phase of the tool is extremely necessary for optimizing the investment and obtaining performance maximization. Only by having data can it be known how much and to invest and how to invest it in order to obtain the best possible results.
👉 It’s for this reason that we don’t recommend starting out with our campaigns if we are close to an important event or a high demand period (such as Black Friday or Christmas), since we couldn’t completely take advantage of the potential of these dates. In those cases, it’s essential to have already finished the learning phase so that during those events, our platform will work and optimize at 100%.
New pixels 📈
Through pixels, we obtain information about users that have visited our website and that are the foundation for the creation of remarketing audiences, that is, in order to cause an impact with our ads with the products that the person checked out on our online store.
👉 If the pixel is new and has no data, then remarketing audiences should be generated from square one.
The warm-up period lasts between 10 to 30 days depending on the store and the volume of traffic it has. Data collection for remarketing audiences takes the same amount of time. This is why it’s normal to not have the best results during the first month, but we assure you that this is in order to obtain them in the near future!

👉 As we mentioned to you before, it’s best for the warm-up period to finish before any meaningful event that would imply a lot of demand.
👉 On the other hand, if you don’t have a pixel linked to your website, it’s important that you implement it as soon as you start our tool’s set up. That way, as soon as you break out the campaigns, it will have been running and collecting data.
👉 Last off, it’s also useful if a Lifetime Value database is uploaded. These are databases from which we can obtain the historical value of purchases from customers. If you don’t have the lifetime value of customer purchases, you can still upload a database with their emails. Follow the same step by step guide, uploading it with the same name, but clicking on NO when it asks if you have the customer value.
